Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a medical degree with technical skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian is required (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1.
• Serve as a technical liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit.
• Drive escalation processes and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Ensure documentation and entries are complete promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
