Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 in the EMEA region. You will support health care professionals and field engineers, escalating issues and guiding remote resolutions while occasionally traveling for on-site training.

The role requires a strong medical-technical background, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and a proactive approach to documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in biomedical, electrical or mechanical fields with relevant experience.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
Experience with robotics or motion control in capital equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
Escalate issues and coordinate field service when needed.
Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot complex service requests.
Carry out documentation and process improvements with ownership.
Support remote work; occasional on-site training domestically and internationally.
Maintain 8:00–16:30 CET core hours; on-call 7:00–19:00 with rotations.
