Job summary

WW Talents invites a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. This remote role is based in Greece, with a €1,045.72 gross/month salary paid over 14 months, plus a performance bonus up to 10% and a relocation package.

You will handle printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and order processing via phone and email, logging interactions in CRM systems and delivering professional, solution-oriented support to business customers.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency for training and communication.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence with digital tools.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
• Process and manage orders.
• Document customer interactions and issues using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented support.
