Qualifications

• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests follow procedures.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools.
• Identify and resolve problems following approved procedures.
• Carry out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Update knowledge articles as needed.
• Log and track incidents to resolution.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolved.
