NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support and incident resolution for clients within the region. You will follow procedures, use service assurance tools, and work with vendors to resolve issues and uphold SLAs.

You will develop foundational networking knowledge across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and related technologies, while learning to diagnose faults, document resolutions, and communicate effectively with diverse client

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA).
• Entry-level knowledge of vendor technologies and remote support concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Identify and resolve incidents to meet agreed SLAs.
• Log incidents and maintain configuration items.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders during incident handling.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to expedite resolution.
