Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is looking for an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents and resolve problems while upholding service level agreements.

You will use knowledge articles and service assurance tools to diagnose issues, monitor service delivery against SLAs, escalate unresolved incidents, and coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure effective remedies and zero-drift in service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry-level knowledge of routing, switching, Wireless, and SDI distribution.
• Experience providing remote networking support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify incidents.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve problems using service assurance tools.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain records and logs of incidents and configuration items.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely remedies.
