Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and handles requests according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and monitors service delivery.
• Logs incidents with required detail and escalates unresolved issues.
• Cooperates with client IT environments, vendors and colleagues to expedite diagnosis.
