NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) for entry level remote technical support. The role focuses on identifying and resolving networking incidents to restore services and meet SLA targets.

You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and other vendor technologies, documenting all activities and escalating issues when needed. The position emphasizes cross-cultural communication, structured problem solving, and coordination with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or computing or related field required.
• Associate level networking certifications preferred (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry-level experience with routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support and incident resolution to clients.
• Investigate problems using service tools and knowledge articles.
• Document incidents and maintain CI configuration records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and track progress to resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and client IT environments to expedite fixes.
