NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on remote client support, diagnosing incidents, and driving resolutions to meet SLA targets. You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Riverbed technologies, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure service continuity.

The role emphasizes knowledge development in networking, incident management, and reliable client communications in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Provides remote technical support to clients identifying and resolving incidents.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems and collects performance statistics.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Maintains knowledge of specialisms and provides detailed advice regarding their application.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents according to procedures.
