Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support, identify and resolve incidents, and ensure SLA targets are met.

You will work across cultures, learn vendor technologies, and contribute to service delivery by logging incidents, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and applying knowledge articles. This role offers remote work with potential travel and a clear path to more senior positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certifications in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Operate in region to provide remote technical support and resolve incidents.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools and log results.
• Prioritize incidents and escalate until resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of CIs and update systems and portals as required.
• Provide service recovery and ensure SLA adherence during incidents.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to expedite resolutions.
