NTT DATA in Madrid is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support and resolve incidents for clients across regions.

As an entry-level engineer, you will use standard procedures to investigate issues, document resolutions, and coordinate with teams to ensure zero SLA breaches while building knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/CCNA.
• Entry-level knowledge of vendor networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and resolve incidents for clients.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
• Investigate causes and coordinate fixes with internal teams.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure proper follow-up.
