Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to diagnose problems and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out maintenance tasks and ensures knowledge articles are used.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains records.
