NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets. You will work with clients across cultures, using service assurance tools and coordinating with vendors to restore services efficiently.

This remote role involves maintaining configuration items, logging incidents, and applying standard procedures to ensure continuous service delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor or equivalent in IT/Computing or related field.
• Associate certifications in networking technologies (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5/CCNA/JNCIA).
• Entry-level knowledge of vendor networking products and concepts.

Mansioni

• Provide remote technical support and incident resolution to clients.
• Investigate, diagnose, and document incidents and root causes.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers and teams to expedite fixes.
• Maintain records, configurations and knowledge articles for future use.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs and update portals and systems.
