Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support to clients, identify incidents, diagnose problems and drive rapid resolutions to restore service and maintain SLA commitments.

You will work across diverse environments, leveraging service assurance tools and documented procedures, log all incidents accurately, escalate when needed and keep clients informed throughout the resolution process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required.
Associate level networking certifications (CCNA, JNCIA, etc.) preferred.
Entry-level experience or internship in networking and remote support.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents per procedures.
Diagnose and troubleshoot networking incidents, prioritizing according to SLAs.
Log all incidents in ticketing systems and update knowledge articles.
Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network technologies and best practices.
