Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer to join our global team. You will operate in the region, delivering professional remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents, with emphasis on restoring services quickly and maintaining SLA adherence.

You will work with diverse stakeholders, use knowledge articles, and coordinate with internal teams to diagnose, escalate, and document root causes while ensuring secure configuration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless and in remote client support.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting and providing remote networking support.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems, collects performance statistics, and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures and carries out maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains records of information.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution; provides service recovery.
