Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer to provide remote technical support and incident resolution for clients in the region. You will diagnose problems, follow procedures, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA are desirable.
• Entry level networking experience in routing, switching, wireless and core/access layers.
• Familiar with vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service tools and collect performance data.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and track progress to resolution.
• Keep configuration records, knowledge articles and portals updated.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and team members to expedite diagnosis and remedies.
