Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain seeks an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support, identify and resolve incidents, and maintain service quality and SLA compliance.

The role involves using service assurance tools to diagnose problems, coordinating with clients, vendors, and staff to achieve timely resolutions, and ensuring thorough documentation of all incidents and actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems, collects performance stats, and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains relevant records.
• Logs incidents with required level of detail and closes resolved incidents.
