Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computing.
• Associate networking certification (CCNA/JNCIA).
• Entry-level networking and remote support experience.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot incidents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents, remotely when possible.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and track resolutions.
• Update knowledge articles and document procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to restore services.
