Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents, and drive resolution while maintaining SLA integrity.

You will use knowledge of Cisco and other vendor technologies, perform maintenance tasks, log incidents, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to restore services efficiently. This role offers growth in a global company with diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT qualification or equivalent required.
• Associate networking certifications (CCNA/JNCIA, etc.) preferred.
• Familiarity with vendor tech such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and handles requests per procedures.
• Uses service tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identifies and resolves incidents following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and updates knowledge articles.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and logs information.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and coordinates with stakeholders.
