Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents and problems. The role focuses on restoring services, meeting SLAs, and coordinating with users, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities include incident handling, maintenance tasks, knowledge management, and proactive monitoring to ensure service quality as per procedures and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in various Networking technologies (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA).
• Entry level knowledge of vendor technologies and remote management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Investigate, diagnose, and escalate incidents per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge articles and update systems and portals.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and report actions needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients IT environments, and team members.
