Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join their team. This entry-level role focuses on providing remote technical support to clients, identifying incidents, and driving resolutions to meet SLA targets.

You will operate across regions, document outcomes, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams while expanding knowledge of vendor technologies and remote console architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify/resolving incidents.
• Maintain service records and ensure SLA adherence.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate with teams to implement remedies.
• Document resolutions and update knowledge articles as needed.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
