Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computing required.
• Associate networking certifications preferred (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA...).
• Entry-level experience in networking technologies and remote client support is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Diagnose problems using service assurance tools and maintain records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow through until resolution.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and update tickets accordingly.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and teams to expedite fixes.
