Buddyfit is seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative to drive growth through building and managing a high-volume outbound pipeline. You will be the first contact for potential partners, generating leads and setting the foundation for deals that impact the business.

Based in a remote role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to hit targets, while occasionally traveling to Italy for quarterly meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven ability to generate pipeline from scratch.
• Ability to conduct high-volume prospecting via calls, emails and social channels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a structured outbound pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Conduct high-volume prospecting via cold outreach to identify and qualify potential partners.
• Own the first stages of the sales cycle from initial contact to qualified handoff.
• Track activity, leads, and pipeline status with discipline and provide updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with partnerships and marketing to align outreach with campaigns.
