Jobgether is seeking a Support Engineer based in Spain to help ensure reliability and performance of IT systems. You will support users, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and contribute to day-to-day operations in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a technical support, systems support, or IT operations role.
• Strong Windows and Linux administration knowledge.
• Solid networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and diagnostic tools.
• Hands-on Oracle SQL/PLSQL experience.
• MS SQL Server experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work remote or from office with remote onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting a wide range of issues.
• Monitor system performance and investigate incidents using diagnostic tools.
• Ensure stability, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve challenges.
• Document procedures and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Maintain composure during high-pressure incident management.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and learning opportunities.
