Jobgether is seeking a Senior PubSec Customer Success Engineer based in Spain to act as a trusted technical advisor after sale. You will guide adoption, implementation, and optimization of a DevSecOps platform, delivering enablement through webinars, hands-on labs, and tailored engagements.

Work in a remote-first environment with cross-functional collaboration, shaping customer outcomes at scale while continually learning new technologies and best practices.

Formación

• Experience supporting DevSecOps, software development lifecycle, source code management, CI/CD, Agile Planning, or related technical workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle, delivering expert guidance on platform adoption, implementation, and best practices.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to support initiatives across DevSecOps, CI/CD, and related workflows.
• Deliver enablement through webinars, labs, workshops, and tailored engagements.
• Provide architectural recommendations aligning platform capabilities with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with account teams to support adoption, retention, and long-term value.
