Utilita Arena is looking for a technician to provide IT support in Madrid. You will work hybrid, assisting users with technical issues and ensuring the health of IT systems.

The role requires at least 3 years of IT experience and fluency in English and Spanish. You'll collaborate with global teams and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• At least 3 years' IT experience, preferably within a commercial environment.
• Experience in IT support for end users.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support for end users in Madrid and other mainland Europe locations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies.
• Provide remote monitoring and on-site system support.
