Jobgether is seeking a Developer Support Engineer based in Spain to provide advanced technical support for complex backend, integration, database, and configuration issues across cloud and self-hosted environments.

You’ll investigate challenging problems using logs, SQL, APIs, scripts, and diagnostics. The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with collaboration across Support, Engineering, and Product teams to improve product quality and knowledge.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience supporting Java-based web applications or comparable enterprise software environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across code, logs, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on SQL experience and work with MySQL or MS SQL Server.
• Proficient in Linux command line and log analysis.
• Experience with REST APIs, SaaS or web apps, and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support for backend services, integrations, databases, configurations, and application behavior across cloud and self-hosted environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and escalate complex incidents.
• Troubleshoot installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance issues.
• Analyze logs, DB queries, API traffic, and metrics to identify root causes.
• Develop scripts and automate troubleshooting tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to resolve defects and document workarounds.
• Assist with integrations involving REST APIs and third‑party systems.
