Jobgether is seeking a Sr. IT Systems Engineer in Spain for a remote-first role.

You will own identity and access management, automate onboarding/offboarding, and optimize SaaS usage while supporting a globally distributed workforce. You will design scalable IT solutions, connect integrations via APIs, and collaborate with engineering, security, finance, and operations to improve processes and reduce manual work.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in growing orgs.
• Strong experience with IAM and SSO implementations.
• Ability to build automation workflows via APIs and tools.
• Experience with SaaS ecosystems and endpoint management.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and optimize IAM systems, including SSO and onboarding/offboarding.
• Design and maintain automation workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor SaaS usage, optimize licenses and costs.
• Develop reporting to track software spend and renewal risks.
• Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning securely.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Support endpoint management, focusing on macOS experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infra and service delivery.
• Evaluate and maintain a wide range of SaaS platforms used across the org.
