Fever in Madrid is seeking a proactive IT Technician to centralize hardware, support, and provisioning for a global team. You will standardize imaging, manage inventory, onboarding/offboarding, and procurement to ensure seamless operations across offices and remote locations.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT support, excellent English, experience with Jira or Zendesk, and strong organizational skills to work across time zones. Home-office friendly with health insurance and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in help desk, IT support, or systems technician roles.
• High level of English.
• Experience using ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice).
• Knowledge of device deployment, MDM management (Intune, WS1), and operating systems (Windows / macOS).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Global Inventory and Asset Management: standardize imaging and configuration system for deploying equipment across locations.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: manage lifecycle of equipment for new hires and departures.
• Purchasing and Procurement: lead international procurement of technology inventory and manage supplier relationships.
• International Ticketing Management: administer helpdesk, resolve incidents, and provide first- and second-level support across time zones.
