AppCast busca un IT System Engineer para Barcelona. Ofrecerá soporte de segundo nivel para sistemas e infraestructuras, gestionará Microsoft 365 y AD/Azure, y colaborará con equipos globales para proyectos de migración y mejoras.

Se valorará experiencia en entornos industriales o regulados y certificaciones relevantes. Se trabajará en un entorno internacional con oportunidad de desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• Experiencia previa como Ingeniero de Sistemas o similar en entornos IT empresariales.
• Conocimiento sólido de Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory y Azure AD.
• Comprensión de redes (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi) y resolución de incidencias.
• Experiencia con gestión de endpoints, despliegue de software y parches.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipos globales y seguir procesos ITIL.
• Uso de herramientas de ticketing y gestión de incidentes.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte de segundo nivel para sistemas, infraestructuras, aplicaciones y usuarios.
• Resolver incidencias y colaborar en proyectos de migraciones y actualizaciones.
• Gestionar Microsoft 365, Active Directory y herramientas de endpoint management.
• Colaborar con equipos locales y globales, proveedores y servicios externos.
• Diseñar e implementar soluciones IT acordes a necesidades del negocio.
• Documentar procesos, estándares y soluciones en la base de conocimientos.
• Proporcionar soporte remoto y presencia física cuando sea necesario.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents related to Windows systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and business applications.
• Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint management tools, and related enterprise services.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and process improvements.
• Evaluate, design, and implement IT solutions according to business needs and internal standards.
• Advise internal stakeholders on IT solutions, equipment, system integration, and technical requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers.
• Act as an escalation point for more complex technical issues and support continuous improvement within the IT environment.
• Provide remote support for systems, applications, and IT installations across different locations when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a System Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, Desktop Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise IT environments.
• Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, patching, user administration, and device configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and provide clear solutions.
• Experience working with ticketing systems, incident management, and ITIL-based processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with local and remote teams.
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
• Nice to Have Experience with Intune, SCCM, VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, laboratory, industrial, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of industrial/production PCs, business-critical applications, or IT/OT environments.
• Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, or similar certifications.
• Experience working in global IT support or managed service environments.
