Us3 Consulting is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on onsite support across manufacturing environments in Andalucía, Spain. The role covers day-to-day user support, desktop assistance, application support and local IT troubleshooting, with opportunities to contribute to infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 skills, and the ability to work independently onsite.

Formación

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong Windows desktop support skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Willingness to work onsite in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite 1st/2nd/3rd line IT support.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments.
• Assist with Windows upgrades and PC refreshes.
• Support local networking and printer issues.
• Liaise with central IT teams when escalation required.
• Maintain local IT documentation and asset information.
