Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 AI-powered analytics across the EMEA region. You will serve healthcare professionals, startup specialists, and field engineers with expert remote support.

Responsibilities include handling escalations, collaborating with technical peers, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role is primarily remote with potential on-site training domestically and internationally, and a rotating

Formación

Bachelor's or master's in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with required experience.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
Experience with robotics or motion control in large equipment environments.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
Escalate issues and trigger field service support when needed.
Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot complex service requests.
Perform tasks with judgement and drive continuous improvement projects.
Ensure documentation and system entries are complete promptly.
Primarily remote with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
