Synmatch AI seeks a Growth Lead for its client to own end-to-end demand generation in a Germany-focused SMB SaaS market. You will scale paid and organic channels, develop outbound tactics, and run weekly experiments with a lean growth team, including the founder and freelancers.

Strong analytics, target completion, and ROI ownership are required. You will build and optimize pipelines, leverage influencer partnerships, webinars, and events, and continuously iterate to drive 600+ qualified leads

Formación

• 3+ years building and scaling demand generation in SMB SaaS
• Shipped and owned Meta and Google campaigns targeting SMBs
• Built list-building and sequencing infrastructure from scratch
• Can set up attribution, build reports, and extract narratives from data
• Willing to experiment with TikTok creatives, trade fairs, or community plays
• German language proficiency required for DACH market

Responsabilidades

• Own Pipeline: full accountability for qualified leads ~600/month with ROI tracking
• Scale Proven Channels: optimize Meta, Google ads, and organic search
• Build New Channels: outbound lists, sequences, influencer partnerships, webinars, events
• Ship Weekly Experiments: test ads, audiences, copy angles, sequences
• Customer Discovery: understand JTBD, channels, and hooks for architects/engineers
• Attribution & Reporting: set up tracking, build reports, tell coherent stories from data
