Formación

• Fluent German skills with professional English.
• Proven track record in high-volume outbound sales.
• Experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns to identify and qualify new leads.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline to hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Communicate value propositions clearly via phone and email.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer needs and map to solutions.
• Log all interactions in the CRM and collaborate with Account Executives.
