Factorial in Barcelona is seeking a mid-to-senior Growth professional to own the acquisition funnel end‑to‑end, starting with Session-to-Lead on paid landing pages and collaborating with Performance Managers to speed up experiments.

You will expand into the full funnel, analyze user behavior, run high‑velocity tests, and ship low to mid‑complex experiments with close cross‑functional collaboration across product, marketing and dev teams.

Formación

• 3+ years in growth, CRO, or performance‑focused UX.
• Strong grasp of funnel analytics and user behavior.
• Data‑driven mindset with bias toward experimentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize the acquisition funnel end‑to‑end, starting with Session‑to‑Lead on paid landing pages.
• Work with Performance Managers to align experiments with paid channel strategy.
• Speed up the experimentation cycle and scale winning tests across markets.
• Document learnings and ensure consistency in test design and execution.
• Expand scope to website and landing page conversion as S2L performance improves.
