Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a hands-on Junior CRO Manager to join a product growth team. You will turn a fast-moving testing roadmap into live experiments, new landing pages, and new funnels, working directly with the Senior CRO Manager.

This execution role starts with delivering viable variants quickly using AI tools and setting up experiments end-to-end. You will own more of the roadmap as your hypotheses prove out, ship quality variants, and grow your testing influence within a small, fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1+ years in CRO/growth/digital marketing with page tests or funnel changes.
• Design sense to build clean, convincing pages.
• Bias for shipping: ship viable variants quickly and keep cycles moving.
• Proactive approach to tasks and ownership.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Good judgment on conversion opportunities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• AI-native with Claude or similar tools.
• Attention to detail in setup and checks.

Responsibilities

• Build new landing pages and funnels: test messaging, structure, and offers.
• Prepare designs with Claude: turn hypotheses into experiment mockups.
• Set up experiments: configure A/B tests and verify tracking.
• Manage the experiment pipeline: briefs to engineers and track progress.
• Contribute test ideas: study funnel, competitors, and user behavior.
• Support analysis and documentation: read results and document learnings.
