AIOS is hiring a Funnel Conversion Lead to own the end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a specific country. You will deeply understand the target customer, generate macro and micro tests, validate hypotheses, and execute across the landers, quizzes, and checkout.

You’ll manage a Product Squad (1 SWE + 1 Designer) and collaborate with senior leaders to scale performance. The role is full-time and fully remote, with async work allowed in your timezone.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running high-volume experiments for DTC ecommerce brands in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in high-growth startup settings and owning end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• DRI for end-to-end CVR from Meta ads in a country.
• Lead a Product Squad (Engineer + Designer) and ship tests quickly with high quality.
• Measure, learn, and inform future testing based on data insights.
• Improve tooling and own your analytics stack.
