Job summary

Enginy AI in Barcelona seeks a Growth Marketer to drive conversion across the full funnel, from website visit to closed-won deals. You will run experiments, build AI-powered lead magnets, and fix the biggest leaks in the funnel each month. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Product is essential.

You will own website CRO, full-funnel optimization, lead magnets, lifecycle nurturing, and advocacy programs, with multilingual landing pages and a strong emphasis on data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, CRO or demand generation.
• Proven track record improving conversions and generating demos and pipeline.
• Strong experimentation mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on with CRO and analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps, A/B testing) and a CRM (HubSpot).
• Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead scoring and funnel metrics.
• Able to work with Product to launch lead-capture tools and activation.

Responsibilities

• Own Website & CRO: test messaging, social proof, CTAs, forms and pages.
• Lead Full-funnel optimization with RevOps alignment and scoring criteria.
• Create Lead magnets & free AI tools with gating and CRM tracking.
• Design lifecycle maps and nurturing sequences by persona and funnel stage.
• Drive Power user advocacy: reviews, testimonials, referrals and webinars.
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles/posts to boost conversion.
• Lead monthly funnel reviews, quarterly OKR planning and roadmap themes.
