AVEC in Madrid seeks a German-speaking Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to subscription closure. You will conduct client meetings, run demos, manage free trials, and coordinate with Customer Experience after sign‑up.

High activity is expected (80–100 calls/day) with KPI‑driven targets and uncapped commissions. This remote role offers a hybrid path after reaching target and relocation is not required for candidates already in Spain.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual German
• Mandatory residence in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience
• Strong cold‑calling skills (80–100 calls/day)
• KPI‑driven mindset
• Availability aligned with US time zones

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription.
• Conduct demos and client meetings.
• Manage free trial processes and handover to Customer Experience.
• Work with auto‑assigned leads.
• Achieve daily call targets (80–100 calls/day) and related KPIs.
• Follow ramp‑up targets and performance benchmarks.
