Job summary

Your New Self (YNS) is a Europe-wide B2B2C marketplace in the eHealth sector. We are seeking a native German Account Manager to own and grow our German customer relationships for Estheticon.de while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Based remotely from Spain, you will manage a portfolio of clinics and doctors, drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure customers see value in being part of Estheticon.de.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Professional level of English or Spanish to communicate with international teams.
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or similar.
• Proven experience managing and developing a B2B customer portfolio.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers on our German platform.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify churn risks.
• Follow up regularly to review performance and identify improvements.
• Own the annual renewal process for your portfolio.
• Lead renewal conversations, including proposals and negotiations as needed.
• Keep HubSpot up to date with customer information and renewal status.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Data teams to improve customer results.
