WorkMotion in Germany seeks a Junior Account Executive to open up the talent pool for German companies. You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation to onboarded talent, developing credibility with decision-makers and guiding them through compliant HR processes.

You will ask insightful questions, uncover hiring needs, and build a compelling business case for HR, Finance, and leadership. With a proactive, CW-driven mindset, you will collaborate with BDRs to generate a steady pipeline

Competenze

• German native level and business English fluency are expected.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales is preferred or required.
• Ability to question and learn to uncover buying signals.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle in Germany from first conversation to onboarded talent.
• Ask second and third questions to uncover needs and timelines.
• Equip HR champions with compelling value propositions for Finance and Leadership.
• Create urgency, negotiate confidently, and move deals forward.
• Collaborate with BDRs to build and manage a self-sustaining pipeline.
