iSpeedToLead is seeking a Funnel Strategist to own and scale the acquisition engine. You will ship end-to-end funnels, testing hooks, offers, and angles that convert cold traffic into qualified leads and booked calls.

The role emphasizes rapid experimentation, data-driven decisions, and tight collaboration with paid media and design teams. Expect hands-on building with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and Webflow; you’ll optimize CPL, CPA, CVR, CAC, and ROAS while maintaining ownership of outcomes in

• 3+ years building high-converting funnels with revenue impact.
• Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion psychology.
• Hands-on with funnel builders; build and ship, not brief.
• Knowledge of Meta and Google Ads; optimize with traffic teams.
• Proven experience with A/B tests that moved decisions.
• Strong copywriting for landing pages, magnets, and hooks.
• Proficient English (C1+); US market emphasis.

Responsabilidades

• Build complete funnels end-to-end: opt-ins, lead magnets, webinars, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Create new marketing angles, hooks, and offers continually.
• Develop lead magnets translating cold traffic into sales-ready leads.
• Ensure funnels generate booked calls and own performance metrics.
• Analyze competitors and ship improved versions weekly.
• Adapt proven concepts across industries to our market.
• Launch rapid experiments, collaborate with paid media, and scale winners.
• Pair with paid media, sales and design; maintain live, measured funnels.
• Monitor CPL, CVR, show rate, and booked-call rate for each funnel.
