iubenda is seeking a hands-on Growth & CRO contributor to own the full loop of conversion optimization across our websites and product surfaces. You will design and run every test with statistical rigor, build and maintain tracking (Amplitude or similar), and turn data into clear recommendations that impact revenue.

You will collaborate with the Monetization Principal, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Leadership, reporting to the Director of Growth.

Formación

• 6+ years in experimentation, growth, or CRO with shipped tests and quantified results.
• Hands-on A/B and multivariate testing using Amplitude/Optimizely/VWO.
• Experience implementing product analytics platforms (Amplitude/Mixpanel/GA4) including event tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Own the shared experimentation queue and prioritise tests by impact and effort.
• Design tests with rigorous statistics: sample size, run duration, thresholds, guardrails.
• Implement and maintain tracking across product and websites; audit for drift.
• Analyze results and provide clear, actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Execute tests across websites and in-app surfaces, including pricing and checkout flows.
• Report experiment velocity, win rate, and revenue impact to leadership.
