SimpleStudy is seeking a seasoned performance marketer to lead paid user acquisition for consumer/mobile apps across international markets. You will own CAC, ROAS and LTV metrics, optimize budgets, and collaborate with design and analytics teams to translate data into creative and strategy decisions.

You will work remotely from Europe, with stock options and no fixed salary budget, reflecting a flexible compensation approach in a fast-growing consumer AI platform serving students worldwide.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience focused on paid user acquisition for consumer/mobile apps.
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads/UAC, TikTok Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
• Own CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics and budget allocation decisions.
• Experience across international markets and currencies.
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets/SQL/dashboards for reporting.
• Experience briefing and iterating on ad creative using performance data.
• Familiar with Mixpanel, Customer.io, or PostHog.
• Nice to have: B2B/demand-gen paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads for lead gen).
