Jobgether is seeking a Customer Experience Agent based in Spain for a fully remote role within a global Client Experience team. You will support customers across multiple markets, handle inquiries via chat/phone/email, and guide clients through financial products and trading tools with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Formación

• Previous client-facing or customer service experience.
• Willling and legal eligibility to operate as independent contractor in country of residence.
• Fluent English plus native or fluent in German, French, Spanish or Polish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive and professional support via live chat, phone, email, and other platforms.
• Explain products and services clearly so clients understand how to use them.
• Troubleshoot platform access, trading tools, and account processes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
• Record and manage cases using CRM/ticketing systems.
• Support timely processing of account-opening and funding activities.
• Follow regulatory and compliance workflows during interactions.
