Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-Tech) based in Spain. You will lead the non-technical recruitment function across an international organization, overseeing end-to-end processes and onboarding coordination.

You will mentor recruiters, raise standards, and use recruitment metrics to drive improvement. You’ll collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience sourcing and hiring non-technical functions (Legal, Finance, Accounting).
• Strong ownership, delivery, and ability to meet KPIs.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching recruiters is advantageous.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the recruiting function and ensure high-quality hiring for non-technical roles.
• Mentor, coach, and develop recruitment team members.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and pipelines.
• Align activities with recruitment KPIs and improve workflows.
• Monitor metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Ensure a positive recruitment experience with strong stakeholder communication.
