Jobgether is seeking a Customer Care Poker Specialist based in Spain for a fully remote position. You will help poker and gaming customers across international markets, handling chat and email support, registrations, verification steps, deposits/withdrawals, and promotions.

You will collaborate with specialist teams to resolve issues, report bugs, and improve processes while maintaining a customer-centric approach and strong written communication.

Formación

• Experience in customer support within fast-paced digital services (iGaming/gambling preferred).
• Proficient written English (B2 or higher) with clear, professional tone.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations while maintaining high service quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify bugs and escalate appropriately.
• KYC/registration, deposits/withdrawals, bonuses, and promotions knowledge is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via chat and email with accurate, helpful guidance.
• Clarify registration, KYC, payments, bonuses, and promotions; provide product information.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with specialists; identify bugs when needed.
• Escalate complex cases while owning the customer experience end-to-end.
• Document interactions in support systems and meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Capture and relay customer feedback for product improvements.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on products, features, and processes.
• Adapt to changing tools, processes, and workflows.
