Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a motivated Spanish Speaking Customer Agent for FinTech to join our Athens-based team on-site. You will deliver professional support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, assisting with account setup, digital payments, transactions, and platform navigation in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You’ll document all interactions in the CRM, collaborate with compliance and technical support to resolve complex cases, and stay informed about

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain FinTech concepts clearly to customers.
• Attention to detail and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
• English working level for internal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat in a FinTech environment.
• Assist customers with account setup, digital payments, transactions, and platform navigation.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide users through digital financial tools and e-payment solutions with clear information.
• Document all interactions and outcomes in the CRM in compliance with data protection standards.
• Collaborate with compliance, fraud prevention, and technical support to resolve complex cases.
• Stay informed about FinTech products, platform updates, and regulations.
• Identify recurring issues and feedback to support service improvements.
