Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, restore services, and ensure zero missed SLA conditions through proactive actions and proper documentation.

Key areas include incident diagnosis, maintenance tasks, knowledge article usage, and collaboration with clients and vendors to expedite resolutions. Remote working is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certs in networking tech (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/F5/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA).
• Entry level experience in networking and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Operate using service assurance tools and maintain SLA alignment.
• Log, track and close incidents with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to restore services.
• Maintain knowledge of CIs and apply remediation for incidents.
