Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients. You will identify, diagnose and resolve incidents, following standard procedures to ensure zero missed SLA conditions.

Responsibilities include monitoring service delivery, maintaining configuration items, and coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams to implement fixes and preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Entry level knowledge of networking technologies (routing, switching, Wireless).
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Associate networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Follow procedures to monitor service delivery against SLAs.
• Log incidents and maintain configuration records for CIs.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and share knowledge articles to prevent recurrence.
